State Legislators Visist Southwest Kansas
Wednesday, November 9th, 2011 The Southwest Kansas Chambers of Commerce recently hosted a dinner at Southwind Golf Club in Garden City for all state legislators who came to the area to pheasant hunt. Each year several state legislators make the trip to Southwest Kansas to try their hand at hunting pheasant while enjoying the fellowship with their fellow legislators. The evening prior to the hunt, Southwest Kansas Chambers hosted 85 people at the dinner where chamber members had the opportunity to visit with the legislators.
